Contact
Get in touch.
Send a message or email directly. Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery call, scheduled after we connect.
Discovery calls are not billed. There is no sales follow-up unless you ask for it.
Send a message
If you'd rather write first, to describe a situation, ask a specific question, or sound things out before committing to a call. Replies within one business day.
What happens next
The exact sequence after you reach out.
There's no funnel and no sales cadence. The list below is literally what happens, whether you book a call or send an email first.
01
An acknowledgement, fast
Within one business day, you'll hear back, even if only to confirm we received the message and to suggest a few specific times. No automated drip emails.
02
A 30-minute conversation
We talk. You describe the situation in whatever detail feels appropriate. We ask enough questions to figure out together whether FFS is a fit. No slides on either side.
03
Either a written scope, or a clean exit
If we're a fit, you'll receive a one-page written scope within 48 hours. If we're not, we'll say so on the call, and usually point you toward someone who is. There is no follow-up sequence either way.
04
Decide on your timeline
The scope sits on your desk until you decide. We don't chase. If you sign, we begin. If you pass, the conversation ends without awkwardness, and you're welcome to come back later if circumstances change.
For the discovery call
What to have ready, and what not to bother with.
Useful to have in mind
- A rough sense of the situation, not a brief, just enough to describe it.
- Who's involved (roles, not names yet, unless you want to share them).
- What you've already tried, even informally.
- What "done" might look like, if you can articulate it.
Don't bother with
- Slides, handouts, or a written brief.
- Pre-reading or a curated document packet.
- Approval from anyone. Discovery calls don't commit you to anything.
- A long internal write-up. We'd rather hear it from you.
Confidentiality
"Anything you share on a discovery call is confidential by default, whether or not you decide to engage."
Discovery calls are off the record. Nothing is recorded, nothing is shared, and there is no CRM tracking the conversation. If you decide to share the names of the people involved, the names stay with the call.
If we proceed to an engagement, confidentiality moves from default to formal, governed either by a written confidentiality protocol (for conflict and climate work) or by the standard coaching-engagement terms (for coaching).
An NDA is available on request. The institution's standard form is fine; if you don't have one, we have a short mutual NDA we're happy to share.

Availability
When you can expect a response.
- Replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. Often faster.
- Discovery calls
- Bookable within the current and following two weeks. US East Coast and EU mornings are usually open; specific availability shown on the calendar.
- Active engagements
- Session response times and cadence are set in the engagement scope, not by ad-hoc messaging.
- Urgent situations
- If something is genuinely time-sensitive (a crisis, a meeting tomorrow morning), note "urgent" in the subject line and we'll respond same day where possible.
- Out of office
- Any planned closure of 48+ hours is announced via auto-reply with an alternative contact route. We don't disappear without notice.
