What we collect
The public marketing pages set no analytics cookies and load no third-party tracking scripts. Your browser fetches HTML, CSS, fonts (from Google Fonts), and images. That's it.
Vercel (our hosting provider) keeps short-lived edge server logs that include the requested URL, your IP address, and a user agent string. These are used to operate the site and are not analyzed for marketing.
If you email us
The contact page opens your mail client with our address pre-filled. We see whatever you write in the message and the email address you send from. We use that information to reply and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement.
We do not add inbound emails to a marketing list and do not share them with any third party.
If you sign in to the client portal
The portal uses Supabase for authentication. When you sign in, Supabase sets a session cookie scoped to this domain so you stay signed in across pages. The cookie contains an opaque token; it doesn't carry any personal data.
Profile and session information shown in the portal is stored in our Supabase project (US region) under row-level access controls. Only the founder and you have access to your row.
If you book a call
Booking goes through Cal.com. We see the details you provide to Cal.com (name, email, time slot). Cal.com's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
Your rights
If you've contacted us or used the portal and want a copy of your data, or want it deleted, write to daniel@facultyfocusedsolutions.com. Requests are handled within 30 days. There's no form to fill out; an email is enough.
Changes
If we add an analytics tool, change hosting, or otherwise change how data flows through the site, we'll update this page and note the new "Last reviewed" date at the top.
